White Lions are a rare variation of Lion found in Timbavati in South Africa.
The white colouration is a genetic mutation very similar to the one that produces white Tigers. The majority of white Lions are kept in captivity due to their rarity and risk of extinction, however over previous years more have been introduced to the wild, and have been succesful at survival which has proven their lack of camouflage has not hindered their ability to hunt prey.
This white Lioness figure has a cub in her mouth.
