VITAMIN D: A vitamin that many of us lack, especially if we live in a climate that doesn't get much sunlight. It helps with bone materialization and combat fatigue - we can get this by just spending more time in the glorious sun!
VITAMIN E: An antioxidant that supports cell membrane stabilization. Absorbed when you consume corn, sunflower seeds shrimp and more.
VITAMIN K: This helps to regulate the blood and synthesis of blood-clotting proteins. Can be found in green vegetables, liver, broccoli, Brussels sprouts…
