World War One (WW I) Toy Soldiers from the W Britain collectables range
From 1891 to 1906 Count Alfred Von Schlieffen, Chief of the German General staff, drew up a plan to invade France through belgium. By August 1914 the plan had been considerably changed but was nevertheless put into place by the german high command. By the 23rd of August the British had been forced back from Mons Canal and began a stubborn week long retreat back through France.
This new collection is the first time World War I figures have been done in a matte connoisseur finish with historically accurate, action oriented sculpting. The collection will continue with cavalry, artillery, French figures and scenic accessories.
