Breyer Pony Gals & Wind Dancers

The Breyer Classics range used to include a selection of Ponies that were made to the same scale. They were designed and aimed towards a younger audience of 3-7 year olds and had real manes and tails. These ponies have now been discontinued and have been replaced with a pony range that can stand-alone. Still made in plastic to the same scale of 1:12, each of the horses in the Pony Gals range have mohair manes and tails, which are soft and very similar to that of real horsehair, making them extremely brushable for the younger horse lover. Each of the Pony Gals come with a tail brush and other accessories are also included.

The Pony Gals range puts less emphasis on the accuracy of the horses and focuses more on creating a collection that is bright and attractive with, most importantly, excellent play value. The horses are articulated so their legs and head can be moved into different positions. Each horse has their own travel box that is available separately and has further accessories inside making this a charming and portable range with a scope for allowing hours of fun.

The Wind Dancers is a range that requires a little more imagination. Still with brushable manes and tails, the Wind Dancer collection also feature gossamer wings. I’m sure every little girl has dreamed of having a flying horse and here is their chance. Combining a love of horses with the world of fantasy, you cannot go wrong with these beautiful models.
