Revell Aircrafts - Mil Mi-24d Hind - The ground assault helicopter Mi-24D ("Hind" D") first flew in 1972. The rather heavier Mi-24V ("Hind" E) equipped with the SPS-24V control system for AT-6 missiles to combat armoured vehicle targets was produced between 1976 and 1986. With a weapon load of up to 2 tonnes both versions have enormous fire power. The whole of the front fuselage is armoured. The Mi-24 is therefore also known as the "Flying Tank" or "Crocodile". So far about 2000 units in all variants have been produced, about 600 of which have been exported to 40 countries. Colors: 45 55 88 365
