Sylvanian Families and Figure Sets - Panda Family - The Panda family are back in Sylvania having been re-released for 2008 - and they have arrived in town early! Father Bertram, mother Alexandra, brother Kane and sister Clarice Bamboo. Bertram Bamboo writes important books about the history of Sylvania and locks himself away in his office for hours. He is also famous for being very accident prone. Alexandra Bamboo likes helping everyone and does lots of charity work, raising money for good causes. School governor, village councillor, chairperson of the Women’s Union, any job, she is always ready to take it on. Kane Bamboo plans to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a writer. Unfortunately he is also accident prone just like his father. If he’s not bumping into something he is knocking it over or slipping on it. Clarice Bamboo absolutely adores horses and spends all her time at the stables, looking after them. One day she hopes to be a famous rider or showjumper. Chichi and Mimi Bamboo are babies who just like to giggle.
