This kit includes a number of experiments they call ‘horribly chaotic’. It enables you to grow your own crystals in the form of stalagmites and stalactites (can you tell the difference?). You can also make your own gas (in a chemical fashion ;)) learn about yeast and why nappies stay dry even when wet and also find out about the acid test – all very exciting stuff we are sure you will agree. The kit contains - 3 test tubes with stand (very professional), goggles to protect eyes from anything nasty, a pipette (how very scientific you will look), a plastic cup, rubber balloon, small & medium scoops, 2 cotton buds and some materials to work with which include limestone, citric acid 20g, cross-linked polyacrylamide 28g ( a bit technical sounding but needed), bicarbonate of soda 50g, red & green food colouring, yeast 7g, red cabbage juice powder 3g, and of course the 36 page Top Secret Lab Notebook.
