Treatments available at Malton Alternative Therapy Centre. Acupuncture is an ancient system of healing that has been practised in the East for thousands of years. Anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, circulatory problems, depression, facial paralysis, high blood pressure, migraines, fertility, and skin conditions are among the many conditions that Acupuncture can treat. Fine, sterile, disposable needles are inserted into points specific to the condition which create a tingling or aching sensation.

A full consultation is required on the first visit to identify the correct treatment for the client’s condition. Treatment will last up to an hour and a client will require anything from 1 to 100 treatments. Annabelle is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and observes a code of practice. Clients receiving Acupuncture can give blood. Prices vary depending on the number of treatments required and concessions are available.
