The Fitflop is a Hybrid shoe that allows a more natural form of walking giving both comfort and improved performance in the calf and hip muscle groupa in comparison to a training shoe. The overall pattern of the movement exhibits tendicies like walking barefoot and performed better functionality than the MBT in maintaining a more natural gait.
