The Vegetable Dish is based on the original dated late 18th Century, earthenware, and glazed pale cream, this is commonly described as Creamware, Pearlware, Leedsware, China Glaze or even Salt Glaze. The Vegetable Dish is oval four lobed with bowed sides, a spreading foot, wavy edges, a pair of intertwined cord handles, the lid is domed with a cord loop handle.
