Round Teapot

The teapot is ovoid with a double intertwined cord simulated handle with flower and fruit and leaf terminals, the curved spout is moulded in relief with leaves. The lid has a flower handle with flower and leaf terminals.
  • Height 4 3/4" (12cm)
From late 18th Century pattern book it is earthenware and glazed pale cream, generically described as Creamware or Pearlware.
The Round Teapot has an elegance of its own, tea can never taste better.
