Pierced Punch Set with 8 Pierced Cups and Ladle

The Festive Punch Bowl range is the centrepiece of the Christmas collection this magnificent punch set includes the punch bowl, a ladle and 8 cups. The Punch Set is very epitome of Christmas opulence, punch is usually a cocktail of alcoholic and fruit drinks traditionally served in a large bowl and ladled out into cups or glasses the concept brought over from India by the British East India Company in the early seventeenth century, the drink is now popular throughout the world and particularly liked in America and other western countries.

The bowl rim, base and lid are delicately pierced it has pottery hooks around the perimeter to hang up the cups, the cups also repeat the piercing around the base it comes complete with a beautiful pottery ladle.
