Description:This design, the Black Toast Medium Platter is brand new for 2011 and is certainly something you will want to add to your collection. It’s quite difficult finding a plate or serving platter of this size and shape so we welcome it with open arms. When serving whole fish you not only need the length but also some space at the side to lay it on a bed of leaves or to stash some vegetables on. It is useful too for serving your roast on – again here you will have plenty of space to sit the meat, say a Roast Chicken, as well as the must have accompaniments of roast potatoes and a little stuffing. It works well too for a big display of salad, something like a Tuna Nicoise so salad servers at the ready.
The Medium Platter is approx 36cm at its widest and says ‘TURBOT, CAPERS & NEW POTATOES’ around the outer rim.
