Description:The Charlotte Covered Soup Tureen round with bowed sides and a lightly scalloped spreading foot it has partly clothed twisted cord handles. Domed shell like lid with a ladle cut out.Victorians had perhaps different names for their soups, chicken gumbo soup, mock oyster soup, cream of lima beans, or plain old onion and potato soup whichever they did know that soup always taste better when presented well and Charlotte does know how to do that.
