Black Toast Cereal Bowl

This Black Toast cereal bowl is a great size of 16.5cm at the top widest part and around 9cm at the base. To give you a little inspiration as to what to use it for Emma Bridgewater have included text of ‘CORNFLAKES & MUESLI’ around the outside main part of the bowl and ‘PEARS & CHOCOLATE SAUCE’ on the inner top edge. However feel free to use it how you please!

There is nothing to dislike about it and because it is so versatile it is sure to become a real kitchen workhorse for you, so it is a good job it fits well in that dishwasher.

Chocolate sauce is so easy to make (and even easier to buy we admit).

But if you fancy giving it a go mix some pieces of a good dark chocolate with some double cream and hot water, together with a little sugar to taste, and stir in a saucepan over a gentle heat until everything has dissolved. Serve drizzled over some roasted pears with a little brown sugar or honey for a fabulous dessert and an apt one at that for this Black Toast bowl.

Someone here uses this bowl for serving party nibbles in - olives, nuts and the suchlike.
