Anthony Quinn Montieth
The Anthony Quinn Monteith is another item from past years with a modern adaptation originally a bowl or a vessel with a scalloped top so shaped to accept wine glasses for cooling. Monteith said to have described a 17-century Scot who wore a cloak with a scalloped hem.

This collection of contemporary cookware and tableware originated in a research project undertaken by ceramics designer and lecturer Anthony Quinn at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. The pierced decoration in these Creamware pieces is integral to the function of each object, producing items which are both highly practical and pleasing to the eye.
