Detoxification and General Cleansing
It is important to adopt a balanced detox program and not to focus only on the bowel or liver. Everyone can benefit from the Maharishi Panchakarma detox program but not everyone should detox at home. For home
detox: for 15 days prepare with a light diet, good eating habits and a healthy routine. Then for 45 days take

Herbal Cleanse at night, and Detox or Detox Pitta and Genitrac morning and night. After your cleansing program gradually return to heavier foods and normal routine. Do not use other detox products during the 45-day period.
Digestion
Ayurveda makes digestion the foundation for health and happiness. It is true to some extent that you are what you eat but it is even truer that you are how you eat and how you digest. The most important guidelines are to eat at the same time each day, with the main meal, at noon, only when the previous meal has been digested, in a settled atmosphere, focused on the food not TV or reading, and to sit for 5 minutes after eating.
