Initially a manufacturer of elastic fabric, the company specialize in corsets starting in 1930 and then in bras in 1970. The 1980's brought the move into women's lingerie design. In 1999 the firm acquired the brand RAVAGE, becoming the first independent French group to be entirely dedicated to lingerie and swimwear design, under the brand names Barbara and Ravage.
