The Swiss firm Fenjal, maker of natural skin care and body care products, was founded in the city of Basel in a pharmacy, and has now settled in Zurich. Originally known as Doetsch Grether, the first of the Fenjal products rolled off the assembly line for the worldwide marketing in 1962. This was a cream bath. The very next year distribution became worldwide.

The basic Fenjal products are moisturizers, shower and bath cleansers and oil, body lotions, soaps, and deodorants.

Fenjal moisturizing products provide a subtle fragrance, and contain natural oils, vitamin B5, and lipids. Together these natural ingredients keep skin smooth and soft.

The Fenjal shower cream cleans and cares for skin, with its lactates, lipid and pro-vitamin B. Its foam bath is perfumed and shimmering, and tested by dermatologists to assure compatibility with all skin types. For the most suds and perfume pour it under the running tap.

To the natural ingredients found in all Fenjal products, its body lotion adds Vitamin E for 23 hour skin protection from the elements.

Fenjal has several intensive care products for those whose dry skin needs extra help. The moisturizing cream has only a hint of fragrance, and several essential oils. You can also choose a body milk, a shower cream and an intensive care moisturizer that contains vegetable oils and vitamin E. The classic cream bath oil by Fenjal offers a sensual experience, complete with essences of lemon, orange, vanilla and roses.

For those sensitive underarms, Fenjal provides a very reliable natural deodorant in either roll on or pump spray.

For women only, an intimate lubricant is made from pure plant oil. Oils such as soya, almond and apricot kernels help the skin regenerate and moisturize.
