Zone A and B covers all England and Wales
Zone C covers the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland (including the Isle of Man)
Zone D and E covers the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Western Isles, Orkney Islands and the Shetland Islands.
