Zinc Ascorbate, like most other asorbates, has a high absorption rate so that smaller amounts provide effective supplementation. Zinc occurs naturally in human break milk and fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients: Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Capsule (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & Water), Vitamin C (as Zinc Ascorbate), Anti-caking Agents (Silica & Vegetable Magnesium Stearate). ( Suitable for Vegetarians)
