Ymea is a food supplement that may help maintain harmony and balance before, during and after the menopause and may help provide nutritional support during this time of change. Ingredients: Soya extract, hops extract, bitter melon extract, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica. Capsule shell: gelatin, colours (titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow)
Nutritional: Each capsule contains: Soya Extract 86mg Hops Extract 25mg Bitter Melon extract 1.4mg
Directions: Take one to two capsules a day with water
