A 100% pure certified organic wholesome food made from the powdered leaves of young wheat grass plants. Green foods such as Wheat Grass are among the richest natural food sources of minerals, enzymes, B group vitamins, antioxidants and chlorophyll. A guaranteed shot of authentic sun grown wheat grass. LifeStream's Wheatgrass is available in powder form - great for smoothies, or in more convenient capsule form. It is grown slowly though summer for around 90 days, accumulating vitamins and minerals and storing them in their leaves until they reach their nutritional peak. It is then harvested at peak potency and flash air dried in minutes to ensure the living enzymes and nutrients are not damaged or compromised. This is shown by their rich chlorophyll content which is a good indicator for correct growing practice, high quality plants and gentle processing. They also mill our plants to an ultra fine particle size to ensure easy mixing and absorption.

Directions: Powder: Add to fruit juice or stir wheat grass powder into food after cooking. To make a fruit smoothie, add to a blender 3 cups of tropical fruit juice, 3 rounded teaspoons of powder and 1 banana and blend until smooth (makes 3 servings). Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon daily with food. Children: Age 5-15 years - generous 1/2 teaspoon daily with food.
