VITAMIN E: An antioxidant that supports cell membrane stabilization. Absorbed when you consume corn, sunflower seeds shrimp and more.
VITAMIN K: This helps to regulate the blood and synthesis of blood-clotting proteins. Can be found in green vegetables, liver, broccoli, Brussels sprouts…
