Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered, low acid form of vitamin C which is more gentle on the stomach compared to the acidic form of ascorbic acid. Magnesium ascorbate provides a bio-available source of vitamin C and magnesium. Both vitamin C and magnesium are useful to help with the extra pressures of everyday life. Vitamin C and magnesium are also required for healthy immune function. Magnesium ascorbate is a convenient way of obtaining both these vital nutrients.

Ingredients: Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate) ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Nutritional: 91% Vitamin C, 9% Magnesium. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1606mg (2676.7% of ECRDA) Magnesium 120mg (40% of ECRDA)

Directions: One scoop (1 gram) mixed with water or juice taken twice a day with food or as professionally directed. Combine with Adult Multivitamins and Minerals for general nutritional support. Take alongside MicroCell NutriGuard Plus or Vitaflavan Plus to support immune health.

Health Warnings: May be contra indicated with aspirin. Do not exceed 1 gram if taking the contraceptive pill unless professionally directed.
