Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered, low acid form of vitamin C which is more gentle on the stomach compared to the acidic form of ascorbic acid. Magnesium ascorbate provides a bio-available source of vitamin C and magnesium. Both vitamin C and magnesium are useful to help with the extra pressures of everyday life. Nutritional: 91% Vitamin C, 9% Magnesium. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1606mg (2676.7% of ECRDA) Magnesium 120mg (40% of ECRDA)
Directions: One scoop (1 gram) mixed with water or juice taken twice a day with food or as professionally directed. Combine with Adult Multivitamins and Minerals for general nutritional support. Take alongside MicroCell NutriGuard Plus or Vitaflavan Plus to support immune health.
