This powder provides a readily absorbable form of vitamin C, which is non-acidic. Due to its gentle action, this formula relieves strain on digestive resources whilst providing a usable form of magnesium.

In addition to tablets, we supply vitamin C as powder for those that find tablets difficult to swallow, and include both straight ascorbic acid as well as non-acidic forms such as magnesium ascorbate.

Ingredients: Vitamin C, Magnesium

Directions: 1 to 3 grams daily. 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram.
