Ingredients: Vitamin C, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Rose Hip Powder, DiCalcium Phosphate,Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid.

Directions: 1 to 2 tablets 3 times daily with a meal.
