Ingredients: soybean oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, purified water), palm oil, choline bitartrate, vitamin B1 (thiamin mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), niacin (nicotinamide B3), vitamin B (pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), tartaric acid, soya lecithin, hydrogenated coconut oil, yellow beeswax, folacin (folic acid). Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin, colouring agent (red iron oxide E172, yellow iron oxide E172) Yeast free Gluten free.

Nutritional: Each capsule contains (average) %RDA: Thiamin (vit.B1) 10mg 714, Riboflavin (vit.B2) 10mg, Niacin 10mg 55, Vitamin B6 10mg 500, Folacin 100 ug 50, Vitamin B12 10ug .. 1000, Biotin 10ug 7, Pantothenic Acid 10mg 167.
