This product from Biocare contains B vitamins with magnesium and vitamin C. It actually contains three types of bio-available magnesium which, as well as being needed to support the nervous system, assists the formation of essential metabolic enzymes in the body. L-glycine is included as it is required for the synthesis of co-factors that ensure proper utilisation of B vitamins. Both vitamin B6 and B12 are presented in their biologically active forms. This product is also vacuum packed to reduce oxidation of the B vitamins. B vitamins are required for the release of energy from food, for the healthy function of the nervous system, for the production of hromones. B vitamins are also essential for good circulation, a strong immune system and for healthy skin, hair and eyes.
It is a particularly useful supplement for students where economy tinned foods are a large part of their staple diet. The problem with these foods is that these sorts of foods are commonly over-processed and may have reduced amounts of important nutrients like B vitamins which help them keep up with the demands of life.
