A one-a-day formulation providing 5000i.u. Vitamin A and 400 i.u. Vitamin D. Vitamin A is stored in the liver and is fat-soluble. It has many important functions in the body, one of which is its antioxidant action. Vitamin A & D - Vitamin A is required by the body for growth, good vision and healthy skin. Vitamin D is essential for normal development of bones, nails and teeth. Health -Aid provides a unique combination of vitamin A and D extracted from cod and halibut liver oils and hermetically encapsulated to maintain purity and strength

Ingredients: Soybean oil, Capsule shell ( Gelatine, Glycerol and Purified Water ), Fish liver oil ( Vitamin A ), Vitamin D ( Cholecalciferol ).

Nutritional: Each capsule contains ( average ) RDA % Fish liver oil 10.0 mg * which provides : Vitamin A (5000 iu ) 1.50 mg 188 Vitamin D ( 400 iu ) 10.0 ug 200 RDA - EC Recommended Daily Allowance * - RDA not yet established. Free from yeast, sugar, artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives.
