Directions: Take one tablet daily, preferably during a meal, ideally starting when trying to conceive and continuing during pregnancy and breastfeeding. You can start at any time during pregnancy. After that time, the infant’s immune system largely develops independently of the mother’s and the role for Vinalac may diminish.
