This is a selectively balanced blend of natural plant oils containing Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids, and the Omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid, oleic acid, in a 2:1:1 ratio. The Omega 3, 6 and 9 families of fatty acids can help maintain a healthy heart and help to maintain supple, flexible joints. These capsules also contain 100% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of Vitamin E, an antioxidant that can help maintain healthy skin. They are manufactured using a blend of seven natural oils including Flaxseed Oil, Pumpkinseed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil. As these oils are from a natural source they are subject to natural variation. As a consequence you may find slight variances in the colour of your vertese Omega 3+6+9 capsules.
