Directions: Adults: 5-10 pillules dissolved under the tongue 1 to 2 times a day and half an hour before retiring; Children: (6-12 years): 7 pillules half an hour before retiring; (1-5 years): 4 pillules half an hour before bedtime; (under 1 year): 2 pillules 1 to 2 times at bedtime; Elderly: the adult dose applies.
