In True Food® Beta Carotene, beta carotene has been bio-transformed by a culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae forming natural organic bonds in atrue food form.
As a guide, 6mg of True Food® Beta Carotene is comparable to 15mg of standard isolated beta carotene supplements.
True Food® Beta Carotene is a truly vegetarian/vegan formula. Almost all beta carotene supplements are spray dried onto fish or animal gelatine.

Nutritional: One tablet provides (as Saccharomyces cerevisiae complex) Beta carotene (16,000iu) 6mg PLUS beta glucans, glutathione, choline, inositol, B vitamins, amino acids and other phytonutrients naturally found in the rich food base of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture.
No added: sugar, salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, maize, corn, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, dyes or colours. Hypo-allergenic formula. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. GM Free.
Directions: Take 1-3 tablets (children over 8 years, 1 tablet) a day with or between meals, or as your health professional advises. As a guide, 6mg of True Food® Beta Carotene is comparable to 15mg of standard isolated beta carotene supplements. The True Food® Supernutrition Plus multivitamin is also recommended.
