Ingredients: Tea Tree Oil Sweet Almond Oil (Suitable for Vegetarians Suitable for Vegetarians)

Directions:

  • Massage, given either by yourself for the parts you can reach, or preferably by someone else. For this, the oil must be diluted in vegetable oil, e.g. sunflower, safflower corn, almond, olive (4 drops to an eggcupful of vegetable oil). The massage may be given to the whole body or concentrated on the affected part.
  • Add the aromatic oil to a hot relaxing bath, 6-8 drops in a full bath and soak for at least 10 minutes
  • A bowl of steaming hot water with 2 drops of oil dissolved may be used for steam inhalations by putting your face over the bowl of water, covering the head with a towel making sure it is draped beyond the edges of the bowl. Take deep breaths.
  • Health Warnings: A few drops may seem very little but all oils are extremely potent and concentrated. Using more than the recommended amount may result in an adverse response, e.g. too much relaxant may produce irritation and anxiety.
