In the human body Lecithin allows minute quantities of fat (lipids) to be carried by the blood as tiny particles, keeping them in suspension. Power Health Superlec 1200 capsules may safely be taken in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet. Only Premium Quality Unbleached Soya Lecithin is used in the manufacture of their capsules.

Ingredients: Soya Lecithin, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin).

Nutritional: Each capsule provides on average 1200mg of Soya Lecithin. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, Yeast, Gluten Starch and Lactose. No added Salt or sugar.

Directions: Take one or two capsules a day with meals as a food supplement.
