This product contains high levels of all the B Vitamins plus subsidiary factors such as Choline and Inositol. It also contains 1000mg Vitamin C to enhance the formula. The B Complex Vitamins are together involved in the release of energy and in the health of the nervous system.
Ingredients: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid prep), microcrystalline cellulose, pantothenic acid (calcium salt), thiamin (as mononitrate prep), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl prep), riboflavin, para-aminobenzoic acid, niacin (as niacinamide), choline bitartrate prep, inositol prep, powdered herbal blend (valerian, passion flower, wood betony, black cohosh root, skullcap, hops, ginger root), magnesium stearate, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), biotin prep, silicon dioxide, peppermint oil, folacin (as folic acid), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Nutritional: Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. One tablet provides: Vitamin C 1000mg (1667% RDA), Thiamin (B1) 39mg (2786% RDA), Riboflavin (B2) 50mg (3125% RDA), Niacin (B3) 50mg (278% RDA), Vitamin B6 41mg (2050% RDA), Folacin (Folic Acid) 400µg (200% RDA), Vitamin B12 50µg (5000% RDA), Biotin 0.05mg (33% RDA), Pantothenic Acid 50mg (833% RDA), Choline Bitartrate 50mg, Inositol 50mg, PABA 50mg. RDA = EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat = negligible.
