Nutritional: Each capsule contains ( average ): Halibut liver oil 10.0 mg which provides :Vitamin A ( 5000 iu ) 1.5 mg, Vitamin D ( 400iu ) 10.0 ug Free from gluten, yeast, artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives.

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily with fluids as valuable food supplement. Can be increased to two if advised by a qualified person.
