Lamberts® StrongStart MVM® is a one-a-day multi-nutrient formula especially developed for women who are either hoping to conceive, pregnant or breast-feeding. Taken daily, it provides over 20 nutrients including the Department of Health’s recommended 400µg of folic acid, alongside optimal levels of the other vitamins and minerals required at this important time.
Ingredients: Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Beta Carotene, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Colours: Titanium Dioxide & Iron Oxides, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions: 1 tablet daily with a meal.
