These capsules contain on average 250mg of Starflower Oil/Borage Oil which provide 23% of its fatty acids as GLA. This oil is known to contain the polyunsaturated fatty acid Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) in more concentrated quantities than Evening Primrose Oil.
Ingredients: Oil of Borago officinalis, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Vitamin E.
Nutritional: Each capsule provides on average 250mg of Starflower Oil containing on average 23% of its fatty acids as GLA which is more than twice the strength of GLA in Evening Primrose oil, plus 8mg of Vitamin E which is 80% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose. No added salt or sugar. 100g of Oil of Borago Officinalis Capsules provides on average 80.1g of oil of which 11.4g are Saturates, 40.3g are Polyunsaturates of which GLA is 17.5g.
Directions: Adults: Take two capsules a day with meals as a food supplement. Children: One capsule a day with meals.
