If maximum results are not achieved increase to three tablets a day and maintain that intake for at least four weeks. As with any nutritional product, this product should be used in conjunction with an exercise programme and a well balanced diet.

Directions: Adults and children over 16 years of age, take one tablet daily as a food supplement. Can be increased to three tablets if required, or as advised by a suitably qualified person.
