What are Selenium Plus tablets for?
Selenium is an essential mineral with several important roles in the body. It forms an integral part of the free radical scavenging enzyme Glutathione Peroxidase, which has an important natural antioxidant role in the body helping in combat against the harmful effects of 'free radicals'.
