Lamberts® Selenium plus A, C & E formula supplies 200µg of selenium (twice the level found in most products) combined with relevant levels of vitamin A (450µg), vitamin C (90mg) and vitamin E (45iu). One-a-day formula.

Ingredients: Selenium, DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions: 1 tablet daily with a meal.
