This is a low growing Amazonian shrub with large feathery leaves that produces berries the size of lemons, these berries contain the highest concentrations of naturally occurring Vitamin C on the planet - over twice the levels found in Acerola cherries. A true 'Superfood' from the Amazon rainforest, Camu-Camu (Myrtaceae Dubia) contains the highest concentration of vitamin C of any food on the planet providing 30 times the vitamin C content of oranges, plus 10 times more iron, Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and beta-carotene and many amino acids.
