Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), according to research, is used to help the body reduce fat and increase its muscle mass. Used alongside a suitable diet, it is thought to help maintain healthy fat to lean body tissue ratio. This formula of CLA contains 800mg of the Conjugated Linoleic acid.
Use as part of a weight management regime that incorporates a balanced, calorie appropriate diet and regular physical activity. A dose of 3g daily is suggested.
