Ingredients: Glucose syrup, elderberry extract, purified water, vitamin C, zinc gluconate, propolis, raspberry extract, citric acid, natural flavouring.

Nutritional: Each 5ml typically provides: 50mg Vitamin C, 5mg Zinc (as gluconate), 36mg Propolis, Extract of berry of 1.8g Black Elderberry. Free from Gluten.

Directions: Recommended Daily Dose: Adults and Children over 12: 2 teaspoons (10ml). For Intensive Use: Adults and Children over 12: 2 teaspoons (10ml) four times daily.
