The amino acid TMG is converted in the body to a substance called SAMe, which helps promote good mood. The amino acid 5HTP also supports good mood. Not advisable if pregnant or in cases of melanoma, schizophrenia, high blood pressure, or if taking fenfluramine, or MAO inhibitor drugs.
Ingredients: 25mg vitamin B1, 40mg vitamin B3, 20mg vitamin B6, 150µg Folic acid, 10µg vitamin B12, 90mg vitamin B5, 430mg Tyrosine, 500mg Glutamine, 90mg 5HTP, 220mg TMG, 50mg Melissa officinalis.
