This formula provides B vitamins and amino acids, including Glutamine, Tyrosine and 5HTP, to help maintain healthy levels of the brain’s most important neurotransmitters. Not advisable if pregnant. Consult your healthcare provider if taking medication. Positive Outlook

Provides amino acids and B vitamins to help maintain a happy, balanced state of mind. Glutamine is a precursor to the relaxing and calming neurotransmitter GABA. Tyrosine is a precursor to the neurotransmitters adrenalin, noradrenalin and dopamine, which have a stimulating, motivating and ‘feel good’ effect.

The amino acid TMG is converted in the body to a substance called SAMe, which helps promote good mood. The amino acid 5HTP also supports good mood. Not advisable if pregnant or in cases of melanoma, schizophrenia, high blood pressure, or if taking fenfluramine, or MAO inhibitor drugs.

Ingredients: 25mg Vitamin B1, 40mg Vitamin B3, 20mg Vitamin B6, 150µg Folic acid, 10µg Vitamin B12, 90mg Vitamin B5, 430mg Tyrosine, 500mg Glutamine, 220mg TMG, 90mg 5HTP, 50mg Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm).

Directions: Take 2-4 capsules a day.
