Plant Sterols are naturally present in vegetable oils and grains, and have been shown to be vitally important for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Unfortunately, modern diets tend to be low in these important nutrients and hence obtaining optimal levels from the daily diet alone can be very difficult.
Each of our tablets contain a full 400mg of premium quality, natural plant sterols and should not be confused with the cheaper plant sterols esters.
