Directions: Prepare the skin - Clip any excess hair from the painful area. Wash area with soap and water and dry completely. Carefully open the re-sealable bag where indicated and remove the patches, without damaging the wire. Remove the clear plastic backing from the patches and save for storing the patches in the re-sealable bag after use. Patches should be placed so that the painful area is between the two patches, either above or below the painful area or on either side of the painful area. Leave slack in the wire to allow comfortable movement. Place patch and hold in place for 10 seconds. The glowing red light indicates that treatment is taking place. The Patch can be removed and re-applied several times, lasting up to 120 hours. For best results, the patch should be used continuously for 3-5 days.
