Osteoguard® Synergy is a source of dietary fibre which as it passes through the bowel is believed to help regulate the pH level, providing the optimum conditions for calcium absorption. Impressively, trials have indicated that taking just 8g daily can increase dietary calcium absorption by 20%.

The active ingredient in Osteoguard® Synergy is a special carbohydrate called inulin that is naturally present in some vegetables. We use inulin derived from chicory root. Directions: Osteoguard® Synergy is so simple to use and can be taken at any time of day. Take 8g daily.1 teaspoon = 4g, If 8g causes flatulence then reduce the dose to 4g and gradually build up. Be sure to drink at least 2 litres of fluids a day.
